★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente peor que otros bancos, el tiempo de espera es muy grande para lo que sea. Desconozco cómo sea en otras sucursales pero en definitiva Bancomer o Banamex en la misma área tienen un mejor servicio y no te hacen perder tanto tu tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gerente de la Sucursal es muy grosero, no pudieron arreglar el problema con mi token y me dijo que me cambiara de banco. Ese mismo día, en otra sucursal de Santander, me arreglaron el problema en minutos.
The Branch manager is very rude, they couldn't fix the problem with my token and told me to change bank. That same day, at another Santander branch, they fixed the problem for me in minutes.

y no es quincena como para que estén ahí de lentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasta la atención de esta sucursal,después de estar dentro del banco y dieron las 4 no quisieron abrirme una cuenta débito por qué ya eran las 4 y yo obviamente estuve antes de las 4 dentro del banco formado,no le recomiendo a nadie que traiga su dinero a este banco la atención en mediocre y sin educación muy poco profesionales
