★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carecen de personal sólo tenían 2 ventanillas abiertas y tienes escritorios vacíos de los ejecutivos La subdirectora se lava las manos mandándote con una ejecutiva, además qué mal informa al cliente haciéndole perder una hora esperando, mientras ella se pone a platicar y se ríe con demás personal.
They lack staff, they only had 2 open windows and you have empty desks of the executives. The deputy director washes her hands sending you with an executive, also how badly she informs the client by wasting an hour waiting, while she starts talking and laughs with other staff .

TUVE QUE IR DOS DÍAS PARA INTENTAR HACER UN TRÁMITE PARA QUE AL FINAL ME DIJERAN QUE ELLOS NO LO HACEN AHÍ, ME PUDE AHORRAR ESE TIEMPO SI LA PERSONA QUE ESTA EN LA ENTRADA ME HUBIERA DICHO QUE AHÍ NO SON CAPACES DE HACER MI TRÁMITE. BUSQUEN OTRA SUCURSAL, TARDAN MÍNIMO UNA HORA EN ATENDERTE.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I HAD TO GO TWO DAYS TO TRY TO MAKE A PROCESS SO THAT IN THE END I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DON'T DO IT THERE, I COULD SAVE THAT TIME IF THE PERSON WHO IS IN THE ENTRANCE HAD SAID ME THAT THERE ARE NOT ABLE TO DO MY PROCESS. LOOK FOR ANOTHER BRANCH, THEY TAKE A MINIMUM ONE HOUR TO ATTEND YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente es la mas cerca de mi trabajo pero siempre que tengo que ir tardan al menos 1 hora en atenderte, porque hay 2 ejecutivos y en ventanilla igual siempre esta solo 1 cajero. Parece que no les importa toda la gente que esta esperando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son pésimos para atender, los ejecutivos son lentos y se hechan la pelotita unos a otros, literal tardar mínimo 1 hora para que te atienda. Cero recomendable.
They are terrible to attend, the executives are slow and they do the ball to each other, literally take at least 1 hour to attend you. Zero recommended.
