Lamentable que frecuentemente estén fuera de servicio las practicajas. Uno debe de recorrer, hasta tres sucursales, para encontrar una que sirva.

Los cajeros nunca funcionan. Nunca tienen dinero. Las personas que trabajan dentro de la sucursal son groseras y nunca dan solución. En la superlinea nunca contestan el servicio al igual que en sucursales es deplorable, nefasto.
ATMs never work. They never have money. The people who work inside the branch are rude and never give a solution. In the superline they never answer the service as in branches it is deplorable, disastrous.

Pésimo servicio pero lo único bueno es que mínimo en este si hay dinero en quincena y poca gente, de por sí están muy mal sus cajeros en todos las sucursales

Super mal servicio, tardan demasiado y cuando por fin te toca tu turno, dan solución a otras cosas, tenia cita a las 11 y me atendieron 1 hora después, perdí 2 hora de mi día, ya que llame a la linea de Santander para activación de mi tarjeta y me pidieron regresar a la sucursal, ya que el tramite que fui a realizar no se vio reflejado en sistema, super mal esta sucursal
Super bad service, they take too long and when finally it is your turn, they solve other things, I had an appointment at 11 and they attended me 1 hour later, I lost 2 hours of my day, since I called the Santander line for activation of my card and they asked me to return to the branch, since the process that I went to carry out was not reflected in the system, this branch is super bad

Pésimo servicio, la sucursal carece de ética profesional, llevo ocho días tratando de sacar mi tarjeta de débito que mi empresa ya me otorgó e incluso ya me depositaron y está gente, incluyendo el gerente, nadie sabe dónde está????? Además me mandan con una disque señora Lorena, primero muy amable me da su número incluso y después se hace que no tiene tiempo para checar mi pendiente y hasta se ofende porque le digo que todos se hacen mensos..... Increíble la actitud de todos, deberían de cambiar a todos.... En serio no trabajan, no se esfuerzan por dar un buen servicio...

PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Fui a tramitar mi clabe interbancaria y me dijeron que no la encontraban ¿Cómo es eso? Pongan a gente que si quiera trabajar, la señorita Isabel de la entrada es muy lenta y distraída, no sabe dar indicaciones y solo hace más lento cualquier proceso que vayas a realizar. Nunca esta el gerente, ni mucho menos un encargado. ¿Cómo operan así? Es una lástima que no le pongan atención a esta sucursal. ¡Horrible!

Son super lentos, ademas que no le dan seguimiento a los tramites. Fui a sacar una cuenta PYME, me pidieron mis documentos y nunca me dieron mi cuenta, fue mas facil ir a otro banco.

Tardan mucho en atender, y los ejecutivos están poco preparados en cuanto a información, dudan de sus respuestas. Además están más interesados en su celular que en atender al cliente. La peor sucursal de Santander en la que he estado.
They take a long time to attend, and executives are poorly prepared in terms of information, they doubt their answers. They are also more interested in their cell phone than in serving the customer. The worst Santander branch I have ever been to.
