M	Metzli diaz hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ son ineficientes , les explique que de la banca en linea me mandaron a que un ejecutivo me ayudara , voy y su simple respuesta es que todo es por linea , porque su banco es digital , les explico que mi clave esta bloqueada y que en la mismo portal me dice que acuda a mi sucursal y su asistente de afuera solo se limita a decirme que " EL PROBLEMA ES DIGITAL Y AHI LO DEBE RESOLVER " ........gracias por nada ¡!!!!! si no van a dejar pasar con ejecutivos pongan un letrero donde diga que no hay asistencia por parte de los ejecutivos de ese banco y uno se evita la vuelta y la molestia de pedirles ayuda porque no ayudan en nada!!! J	Jorge Echeverria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tenía que hacer un depósito y por el monto me dijeron que tenía que hacerlo en el cajero inteligente (ninguno funcionaba) les pedí dejarme pasar a hacer el movimiento en caja y muy déspotas me dijeron que no se podía realizar dentro, que forzosamente tendría que esperar a que restablecieran el cajero (faltaban 15 min para que cerrara la sucursal), al final cerraron la sucursal y ni en un lado ni en otro, recomiendo cambiarse de banco... No sé si la sucursal no esté trabajando entre semana por que parecía como abandonada,pero considero que por respeto a los usuarios deberían de darse una vuelta y hacer limpieza en fin de semana.?
