El banco tiene muy buena posición por lo que mucha gente hacer uso de el y es feo y cansado que no tengan personal para abastecerlo y uno tenga que esperar horas ahí fuera parado esperando ser atendido

El día de hoy acompañe a mi suegro al banco y tardamos más de 2 horas en pasar a ventanilla lo cual solo había 2 cajeras y una tardo más de una hora con un cliente platicando por eso le doy una estrella por pésimo servicio espero y lo mejoren

Pésimo servicio, tan poca gente, 3 cajeras y solo una atendiendo.

Hoy mismo eran las 4 de la tarde, quedábamos 3 personas en la fila para pasar con ejecutivos y nos cerraron la puerta en la cara así sin más, ¿de verdad costaba tanto terminar de atendernos?, solo eramos 3! Y llevábamos mínimo 45 minutos ya formados. En fin, ojalá que si sus recursos humanos no son suficientes pronto los amplíen, siempre esta una fila larguísima.
Today it was 4 in the afternoon, we were 3 people in line to pass with executives and they closed the door in our faces like that, was it really so hard to finish serving us? There were only 3 of us! And we had a minimum of 45 minutes already trained. In short, I hope that if their human resources are not sufficient soon they will expand them, there is always a very long line.

Pésimo servicio, las cajeras súper groseras, les falta empatía y amabilidad para tratar con los clientes y explicar bien las cosas , ya que dan por hecho que sabemos todo y se molestan si les preguntas el porque , cuando no debería de ser así ya que es su trabajo ?
Terrible service, super rude cashiers, they lack empathy and kindness to deal with customers and explain things well, since they assume that we know everything and they get upset if you ask them why, when it shouldn't be like that since it is your work ?
