★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece un buen cambio de lugar, esta mejor ubicado ya que el anterior provocaba problemas de congestionamiento vial y la nueva ubicación te permite aparcar en un estacionamiento más accesible, las instalaciones mejoraron en cuanto a infraestructura, los Cajeros automáticos reciben depositos las veinticuatro horas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion es amable, saben explicar y ayudar, actualmente en remodelacion TODO (area cajeros, cajas etc) tienen ya 5 cajeros (2 pagos/depositos y 3 regulares) a veces se llena, pero en algunos dias a las 10am esta calmado, pero aqui la ejecutiva del modulo 6 atiende bien a diferencia de otras sucursales,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio y parece además fraudulento. Las empresas obligan a los trabajadores a aperturar cuentas con ellos para la nómina y ni siquiera entregan la documentación completa. Por ejemplo no te entregan constancia de los beneficiarios; en el documento que te dan ese dato viene en blanco. y Ciertamente ningún teléfono funciona; o no existe el número o nunca contestan.
Very bad service and also seems fraudulent. Companies force workers to open accounts with them for payroll and do not even provide full documentation. For example, they don't give you proof of the beneficiaries; in the document that they give you that data comes in white. and Certainly no phone works; or the number does not exist or they never answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un banco Pesimo, la atencion es muy lenta, no puedes hacer casi nada por telefono todo es en sucursal, cuando llegas tienes que anotarte y a veces te saltan el turno y hay mucha gente esperando. Deben mejorar mucho el servicio un ejemplo en Bancomer. El telefono no Existe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, estuve esperando más de 1 hora haciendo fila para poder pasar a ventanilla y el personal no atiende bien brindan un mal servicio ni amables son, pareciera que el personal está haciendo un favor y no su trabajo.
Terrible service, I was waiting more than 1 hour in line to go to the window and the staff does not attend well, they provide poor service or are friendly, it seems that the staff is doing a favor and not their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, en todos los aspectos, se brincan turnos, atienden al que quieren, te hacen esperar por horas, y ruega que el ejecutivo que te atienda no este encargado de abrir la puerta, además que tampoco tienen organización, pocos ejecutivos para el número de personas que acuden definitivamente de haber leido opiniones antes, no me paro aquí. Les recomiendo probar otras sucursales.
Terrible service, in all aspects, shifts are skipped, they attend to whoever they want, they make you wait for hours, and pray that the executive who attends you is not in charge of opening the door, besides they do not have organization either, few executives for the number of people who come definitely having read opinions before, I don't stop here.
