★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal bancaria, que está en una buena zona comercial y cerca de playas, con algunas restricciones para discapacitados. El estacionamiento suele estar algo lleno en ocasiones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible sucursal, no sirve el AC, tienen a muchísimas personas haciendo fila y solo hay un cajero haciendo las labores :( es la tercera vez que vengo y siempre ha sido así.
Terrible branch, does not serve the AC, they have many people lined up and there is only one cashier doing the work :( It is the third time I come and it has always been like this.

Los ejecutivos de servicio al cliente tienen muy buena presentación y atención para con el cliente, y sobre todo porque también son muy amables con todas las personas en general, y agiles en el desempeño de su trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente no se que paso con este banco, era muy bueno y daba un servicio de calidad, ahora abren las sucursales tarde, a pesar de que asistas a una sucursal santander en cualquier parte de la Republica siempre te salen con que tienes que asistir a tu sucursal de origen a solucionar un problema.
I really don't know what happened to this bank, it was very good and gave a quality service, now the branches open late, even though you go to a Santander branch anywhere in the Republic you always get that you have to attend your home branch to troubleshoot a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suelen atenderte algo rápido para ser una sucursal tan concurrida, se encuentra en un lugar transitado así que rara vez estará vacío, el personal de la sucursal te atienden de maravilla aunque podrían ser más directos en algunas cuestiones para evitar atrasos.
They tend to assist you somewhat quickly for such a busy branch, it is in a busy place so it will rarely be empty, the branch staff take great care of you although they could be more direct in some matters to avoid delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de parte de gerencia .. los empleados muy amables y accesibles, pero el equipo gerencial es renuente.. se hizo una discusión en fila y amenazaron con cerrar sucursal. Muy mala mi experiencia .
Terrible service from management .. the employees very friendly and approachable, but the management team is reluctant .. there was a row discussion and they threatened to close the branch. My experience is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio en general, siempre me han atendido bien y me han solucionado todas mis dudas. Voy por lo menos cada tres meses, pues mi "SUPER TOKEN" le da por deshabilitarse y hay que ir a Sucursal a activarlo, pero las Ejecutivas siempre se han portado muy amables y siempre muestran disponibilidad en todo.
Good service in general, they have always treated me well and have solved all my doubts. I go at least every three months, because my "SUPER TOKEN" tends to be disabled and you have to go to the Branch to activate it, but the Executives have always been very kind and always show availability in everything.
