Mas de 2 horas esperando para que me atendiera un ejecutivo y solo 4 personas delante mio. El problema reside en que, por la ubicación, mucha gente tiene necesidad del uso de esta sucursal.
I do not know why, but the customer service is the slowest that I have had the misfortune to receive. More than 2 hours waiting for an executive to attend me and only 4 people in front of me. The problem is that, due to the location, many people need to use this branch.
