Nunca contestan el teléfono. Y no hacen avisos. Mi tarjeta se venció y nunca me avisaron que ya estaba la reposición . He hablado. El día de hoy 10 veces hasta ahorita y no me contestan

Si no eres cliente pobre de ti esperarás más de dos horas para pasar a caja. Soy cliente y espere hora y media cuando solo habían 10 personas delante de mí. Pésimo servicio en ventanilla dejaron pasar personas sin turno para cobrar su cheque y los demás que llegamos con anterioridad sin ningún respeto por nuestro tiempo. Pésimo banco me cambiaré sin dudar ya van tres veces que sucede lo mismo.

pesimo, hice un tramite de tarjeta de credito.. el agente me dijo que me la mandarian a mi ciudad puesto que yo era de fuera y solo andaba vacacionando... le pregunte varias veces al agente y me aseguro que no habría problema... la tarjeta resulta que no llego a mi ciudad y no me la quisieron enviar a la sucursal de mi ciudad que yo indique... fui a la sucursal el dia que pude y resulta que no tiene el horario que me indicaron y pues menos pude sacarla... opte por cancelar puesto que no habría opcion de recogerla y pues no iba a pagar comisiones de a gratis... cuando tuve tiempo por fin pude ir en horario a sucursal y resulta que ya no puedo sacar tarjeta en un lapso de medio año por que cancele la anterior... jamás me advirtieron.. si no pudieron entregarme una simple tarjeta menos creo que puedan solucionarme cundo se presente algún problema. Y nunca contestan el teléfono por que supuestamente andan atendiendo clientes. Estimados, tan facil como quitar las lineas, ya que en su web indica que estan a disposición del público
Terrible, I did a credit card process... the agent told me that they would send it to my city since I was from abroad and I was just on vacation... I asked the agent several times and he assured me that there would be no problem... It turns out that the card did not arrive in my city and they did not want to send it to the branch of my city that I indicated... I went to the branch the day I could and it turns out that it does not have the hours that they indicated to me and less I could take it out... I chose to cancel since there would be no option to pick it up and I was not going to pay free commissions... when I finally had time I was able to go to the branch during business hours and it turns out that I can no longer take out the card in a period of half a year because I canceled the previous one... they never warned me... if they couldn't give me a simple card, less I think they can solve me when a problem arises. And they never answer the phone because they are supposedly serving customers. Dear, as easy as removing the lines, since on its website it indicates that they are available to the public
