★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doy una estrella porque me lo pide que califique si no no pondría ninguna estuve esperando 1 hora y justamente cuando iba a pasar a hacer trámite de tarjeta se les callo el sistema
Nada más hay una persona atendiendo
Los ves platicando al personal ni, siquiera tienen imagen de banco parece que vienen a estar con sus amigos horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo. En ventanilla siempre opera una sola persona. Ejecutivos generalmente están solo dos. El tiempo de espera es de más de 40 min en un horario poco. A pesar de que hay una sucursal en la plaza San Ángel, el número de personas que llegan sobrepasa a la cantidad de ejecutivos en ésta sucursal. Recomiendo buscar otra sucursal a menos de que no tengan opción
The service is very bad. Only one person operates at the window. Executives are usually only two. The waiting time is more than 40 min in a short time. Although there is a branch in San Ángel square, the number of people arriving exceeds the number of executives in this branch. I recommend looking for another branch unless they have no choice

El único buen trato que recibes es por el de seguridad que te abre o incluso la de limpieza.
Quienes están en ventanilla ni las buenas tardes te dan, tienen una actitud muy creída. Pésimo trato, así uno ni quisiera regresar a ese banco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a cancelar una cuenta de débito y una tarjeta de crédito, se les entregaron los plásticos ahí en sucursal y ahora llaman para decir que tengo un préstamo que nunca solicite.
Terrible service, I went to cancel a debit account and a credit card, they were given the plastics there in the branch and now they call to say that I have a loan that I never applied for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que tomar turno dos veces para que ninguna de las instrucciones que me dieran los ejecutivos fuera la indicada. Terminé llamando al servicio por teléfono y me hicieron una reposición de la tarjeta cuando me dijeron dos veces en la sucursal que todo estaba bien, sólo para ver 5 min después en el cajero que la tarjeta estaba bloqueada. Una completa pérdida de tiempo.
I had to take turns twice so that none of the instructions given to me by the executives was correct. I ended up calling the service on the phone and they made me a card replacement when they told me twice at the branch that everything was fine, only to see 5 minutes later at the ATM that the card was blocked. A complete waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, personal incompetente. Les vale la urgencia o la situación que se esté pasando, no pueden resolverte nada en lo absoluto. Y no solo la sucursal, en general el banco es malo, en todo.
Terrible service, incompetent staff. They don't care about the urgency or the situation that is happening, they can't solve anything at all. And not only the branch, in general the bank is bad, in everything.
