They have the opening hours at 9am and say they will open at 11am, terrible service, no deposit can be made

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, solo sirve 1 cajero de 3 que existen en esta sucursal, así que cuando en ocasiones esta larga la fila para poder retirar o hacer otros movimientos. Lo más sorprendente es que están en las indtalaciones del banco.
Terrible, only 1 cashier of 3 that exist in this branch serves, so when sometimes the line is long to be able to withdraw or make other movements. The most surprising thing is that they are in the bank's facilities.

I came for a card replenishment and I have a hr waiting for me to attend. I have received this service from Bancomer and it has not taken me 20 minutes. It is the third branch where I try. Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A veces se llena, pero en ventanilla son amables, deberian remodelar como americas/deportiva/fco i madero/tab 2000, todos los dias son filas, ahora su cajero de en medio tiene el "nuevo" sistema (parecido a la app movil) mas amigable como tiene banorte, bbva por ejemplo, pero aqui deberian tener cajero de pagos/depositos, que lo hagan pronto y tiene otro cajero en el area de comida de europlaza, ahora ya pusieron ese cajero y tambien permite retirar "renovaron" esta sucursal ya es sistema de tickets/turnos y no filas
Sometimes it gets crowded, but at the window they are nice, they should remodel like americas / sports / fco i madero / tab 2000, every day there are rows, now your middle ATM has the "new" system (similar to the mobile app) More friendly like Banorte, bbva for example, but here they should have a payment / deposit cashier, do it soon and it has another cashier in the Europlaza food court, now they have put that cashier and it also allows you to withdraw "renewed" this branch It is already a ticket / shift system and not lines
