★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan en atenderte porque el banco es muy pequeño, de ahí en fuera los ejecutivos que me han tocado siempre son muy atentos y armables. Si visitar la sucursal en horas transitadas prepárate para esperar de 30 minutos a 2 horas para ser atendido, tanto en cajas como con ejecutivos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un día, fui a preguntar por una apertura de cuenta para menores de edad, y la gerente, una pelona atascada de maquillaje (literal, kilos de maquillaje, toda la tienda de cosméticos), fue muy grosera, me atendió de mala gana y con una cara de asco, les hablaba a los ejecutivos como si fueran sus "perr4s" y me quería cobrar $2500 por la apertura siendo que soy menor de edad, mientras que en la página oficial, dice que no cobran por abrirla.
Después fui un par de días después para abrirla, pero me dijeron que no podían abrir cuentas para menores, ya por último la ejecutiva que nos atendió, fue amable. Por favor, corran a la gerente, da una pésima imagen a la sucursal, contando los cajeros.
