Pésimo servicio los ejecutivos están papando moscas y no atienden espere 1 hora y media para poder hablar con uno siendo que no estaban atendiendo a nadie y pasan a conocidos antes que al cliente

Pésimo servicio en una sucursal supuestamente"ágil" 1 hr para poder retirar, secuestran tu dinero y lo último que importa es el usuario del servicio. Pensando mover la nómina a Bancomer.

La Sra. ANA la cual tramito mi nomina, me impuso un seguro diciendo que era obligatorio por apertura de nomina, le dije que no queria tramitarlo y me dijo que si no lo tramitaba no podia aperturar mi cuanta.

Un asco Santander ???. Lentos, y ahora resulta que si haces cobro de cheque y luego depósitas en efectivo. Te mandan a sus cajeros automáticos... Es decir harás 2 filas y perdida de tiempo.. una para cobrar cheque y otra para depositar efectivo, solo si traes monedas te reciben el depósito.. Una estúpidez.

Pésima atención de esta sucursal, sólo tienen dos cajeros automáticos para realizar depósitos, por lo cual se forma una larga fila para accesar a ellos, mientras tanto en la línea de cajas casi vacía se negaban a recibirme el depósito, por que lo tenía que realizar en el cajero automático . Le reporte de la situación a la directora de la sucursal, explicándole y pensando que tal vez tenía un poquito de criterio para resolverlo , pero me di cuenta que no era así, me dijo que esas eran las nuevas reglas de la institución y que no importaba que en la línea de caja no hubiera gente los depósitos tenía que realizarse en el caJero automático, Le expliqué que yo era cliente de Santander, que tengo contratado con ellos seguros ,terminal punto de venta, créditos y dispersión de nómina, que me dijera si no podía prestarme el servicio en las cajas, Me dijo que no y me dio un folleto para que lo verificara por mi mismo . Así las cosas, hoy mismo comenzaré en los trámites para realizar los cancelación de todos estos servicios que me Estuvieron rogando rogando contratar. Ésos lujos se los pueden dar, si fueran La única institución bancaria disponible, pero no es así

Te hacen perder el tiempo se demoran bastante en atender llevo más de una hora esperando y no es la única sucursal sino que al parecer son todas las de veracruz atienden más rápido en otros bancos que en Santander PD nunca me ha gustado por eso santander
