Cuando por falta de uso decido cerrar esa cuenta...sorpresa! les debía dinero que nunca se me reflejo y la explicación de su ejecutiva: - No se por que el cajero nunca te marcó que tú cuenta estaba en números rojos.... Es en serio?! Aunado a eso perdí confianza por qué a cada rato roban a cuentahabientes saliendo de la sucursal. The App crashes every so often, so I went month by month and printed my balance at the cashier, to make sure I shouldn't owe or be in zeros. When for lack of use I decide to close that account ... surprise! I owed them money that was never reflected to me and the explanation of their executive: - I don't know why the cashier never told you that your account was in red numbers .... Is seriously?!
