It is the ONLY good santander of all monclova ..... they always solve everything but that if like any bank you have to wait a lot :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, esperas más de una hora para tratar con un ejecutivo; los cuales atienden a los que se meten a la fila por qué se quedan parados en lado del cubículo lo cual es una falta de respeto por los trámites que realizan las personas acerca de sus cuentas bancarias.
Terrible service, you wait more than an hour to deal with an executive; which cater to those who get in line why they stay at the side of the cubicle which is a lack of respect for the procedures that people do about their bank accounts.
