★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El único inconveniente que tuve es que el cajero automático me dió un billete de $200 falso (me di cuenta ya que un cajero de otro banco me lo devolvía y lo observe bien y si se notaba falso), hice la reclamación y se me bonifico el dinero en menos de 3 días.
The only inconvenience I had was that the ATM gave me a fake $ 200 bill (I realized that a teller from another bank would give it back to me and observe it well and if it was false), I made the claim and it bonifico the money in less than 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un sservicio muy pesimo, para pasar a un ejecutivo hacen que te anotes en una lista que se supone que deben de seguir, no siguen la lista de tuenos pasan primero sus clientes preferenciales
It is a very bad service, to pass to an executive they make you sign up on a list that they are supposed to follow, they do not follow the list of your preferred clients first pass
