They made me wait 3 hours and they didn't help me with anything. I'm still out of money and I'm living on the streets because my card was blocked.

In my experiences in this Santander, I would not return to this branch. The advisers are playing in front of you and blatantly and do not attend. Twice I pass and I will not go for the third.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono y aparte te cierran la cuenta y Nadie te da razón de por que . Tengo 2 días hablando y Nadie está capacitado para ayudarte , al parecer este banco se dedica nada más a robar a su clientes .
They never answer the phone and apart from that they close your account and Nobody gives you a reason why. I have been talking for 2 days and no one is trained to help you, apparently this bank is dedicated to robbing its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay un@ ejecuti@ que indique a los clientes que hay que hacer si requerimos algo especial que no sea uso de las cajas, una lista de espera de mas de 15 personas y me habían dicho que me iba a tardar 3 horas para obtener mi tarjeta de nómina, pésimo banco. Definitivamente no tienen idea del servicio al cliente
There is no @ executive who tells customers what to do if we require something special other than use of the boxes, a waiting list of more than 15 people and they had told me that it would take me 3 hours to get my payroll card, lousy bank. They definitely have no idea of customer service

It has executives, boxes and some cashiers in the lower part. If there are people but they attend relatively quickly, very friendly.
