★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay vez que vaya a este banco y no salga enojada, el de la caja 1 atiende a un par de personas y se va media hora de su lugar de trabajo, la de la caja 2 es super lenta, burlona y déspota, el caja 3 igual es lento. En serio que no hay peor servicio en un banco de Tenancingo como aquí, es realmente desesperante ir, en una fila de 6/10 personas tardas mas de una hora.
There is no time that you go to this bank and do not leave angry, the one in box 1 attends to a couple of people and leaves half an hour from your workplace, the one in box 2 is super slow, mocking and despotic, the box 3 the same is slow. Seriously, there is no worse service in a Tenancingo bank like here, it is really desperate to go, in a row of 6/10 people it takes more than an hour.

Con la pandemia no tienen un sistema organizado para atender a las personas. Estuve esperando con turno y nadamás nada. No son organizados y definitivamente no regresaría si es posible.
Terrible service.
With the pandemic they do not have an organized system to care for people. I was waiting with my turn and nothing more. They are not organized and I would definitely not go back if possible.
