El banco mas pesimo de la zona, de 4 cajas solo 1 funcionando, ninguno de los 3 cajeros automáticos funcionan, la unica ventanilla tarda hasta 15 minutos con una sola persona, no crei que existiera algo mas incompetente que citibanamex pero hoy me sorprendieron Appalling! The worst bank in the area, with 4 boxes only 1 working, none of the 3 ATMs work, the only window takes up to 15 minutes with a single person, I did not believe that there was something more incompetent than Citibanamex but today they surprised me

Solo te recomiendo ocuparlo en caso de urgencia. Hay una fila como de 20 personas y solo hay un cajero. Nefasto!!!! This bank is always full, if you have another option, do not hesitate not to occupy it. The staff is overbearing and unfriendly. I only recommend you use it in an emergency. There is a line of about 20 people and there is only one cashier. Disastrous!!!!

Me ofrecieron una botellita de agua, en otra ocasión un chocolate y esta vez no fue la excepción, una botellita de agua, súper amable el ejecutivo y me explico cada una de mis dudas de mi trámite. Total diferencia de el trato déspota de Santander Colon ??‍♀️ This is the third time that I go to this branch and they always serve me EXCELLENT !!! They offered me a bottle of water, on another occasion a chocolate and this time it was no exception, a bottle of water, the executive was super nice and explained to me each of my doubts about my procedure. Total difference from the despotic treatment of Santander Colon ??‍♀️

No le interesa la opinión del cliente, es déspota y falta de interés a su trabajo. Creo que ni una estrella merecen solo la marco para poder publicar pero su calificación es de - 0 More than terrible the service of that branch. No se cual es la razón por la que no ha habido mejoras en la atención al cliente, o incluso la falta de algún tipo de carpa afuera del edificio que pueda brindar sombra a las personas haciendo fila. Por favor, le sugiero a cualquier individuo que se encargue del mantenimiento de esta sucursal que haga la amabilidad de corregir estos inconvenientes que han ocurrido por años. The branch is always busy. The last time I went, one of the agents did not treat me with the required professionalism and was also rude. I don't know the reason why there have been no improvements in customer service, or even the lack of some kind of tent outside the building that can provide shade for people in line. Please, I suggest to any individual who is in charge of the maintenance of this branch to kindly correct these inconveniences that have occurred for years.

The others get paid to direct people to sit down and wait, like a useless controlling mother. I will stop doing business with Santander because of my experience at this branch. It takes me 2 months to recieve a debit card and they make me pay for the card before I receive it. The worst bank on earth.
