I do not know if it is because they are undergoing renovation but the service is very slow, to open an account I have been waiting to spend more than an hour and a half with an executive.

Después de estar esperando que te atiendan por una hora todavía te quieren vender un seguro o que te cambies de Afore. This is the worst branch of this bank. Para un deposito 2 hrs por que la cosa esa no servía bien.. Pésimo servicio I don't know why if so much money enters that bank they can't have more practices and above all that they work...
