PELIGRO Actualizas tus datos de cuenta, te hacen firmar que los cambiaste y todo pero a la hora de la hora salen tus datos viejos por lo que te puedes quedar su acceso a tu cuenta. No sirve no corran el riesgo. En la contingencia no hay personal superior al cargo DE VERDAD NO VAYA A SANTANDER

Una completa incompetencia por parte de todos los niveles de personal, no puedo esperar para cambiar mi nómina. Sinceramente la peor experiencia que he tenido en un banco.

Para variar *no sirven sus cajeros* es un fastidió, llevo tres años y lo mismo, me tengo que trasladar al de Venustiano Carranza! Tache enorme y mucha gente adentro del banco pues solo estaba una cajera!

Los peores cajeros de toluca y la multi caja nunca funcionan, de 4 cajeros a veces 1 tiene dinero y funciona, si vas a entrar a cajas de 5 cajas solo 1 funciona y tardaras aprox 40 min si hay 4 personas. No recomiendo sacar dinero hay ni menos hacer tramites muy tardado.
The worst ATMs in Toluca and the multi box never work, out of 4 ATMs sometimes 1 has money and it works, if you are going to enter boxes with 5 boxes only 1 works and it will take about 40 min if there are 4 people. I do not recommend withdrawing money there is no less doing paperwork very late.

Pésimo servicio,10:30am en día martes, solo hay una caja atendiendo una fila de 18 personas, los cajeros tampoco funcionan, de los cajeros es de esperarse por que nunca funcionan, pero de la atención de cajas como es posible que solo este una persona...!!

Pésimo servicio. 2 horas para pasar con “ejecutivo”, para colmo me atiende de mala manera una señora que está al lado de subdirección , muy grosera ella ( chaparrita de cabello negro al hombro). Yo creo que en forma de pedir está el dar, no tiene educación ni tacto. Lo bueno que ya cancelé mi cuenta con ellos. Una amiga pasó 3 días de sucursal en sucursal para poder sacar su propio dinero porque no se lo podían juntar. Horrible, no te soluciona nadie, no sé por qué hay “gerentes” sino te ayudan a nada, pero qué tal están para ofrecerte sus fabulosas tarjetas de crédito. Debes tener teléfono con internet para que puedas pasar a que te atiendan porque ahora sacaron su CÓDIGO QR (genial) para que puedas pedir tu turno y sino te dejan al final y dan un papel con un código qr para los que no cuenten con los elementos, son muy tecnológicos en Santander como si estuviera al alcance de todas las personas sobre todo los de tercera edad, en un país tercermundista.
