★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todas las sucursales de santander en Torreón, esta es la peor de todas, el día de hoy que acudí a hacer un trámite la señorita que me atendió recibió mi papelería y se fue, así sin más, sin decir nada y no regresó, dejándome esperando por más de 1 hora, siendo que al preguntar a sus compañeros por su compañera, me dijeron que se había ido y que no iba a volver, sin que nadie ne avisara ni me atendiera, a pesar de haberme visto esperando por más de una hora, pésimo servicio, además de que los ejecutivos se la pasan platicando y hablando por celular, no sé si les tengan permitido eso, pero en mi experiencia personal, no vuelvo a acudir a esa instalación tan irrespetuosa e irresponsable.
Of all the Santander branches in Torreón, this is the worst of all. Today, when I went to do some paperwork, the lady who attended me received my paperwork and left, just like that, without saying anything and did not come back, leaving me waiting for more than 1 hour, being that when I asked his colleagues about his partner, they told me that he had left and that he was not going to return, without anyone notifying me or attending me, despite having seen me waiting for more than one hour, lousy service, in addition to the fact that the executives spend their time chatting and talking on the cell phone, I don't know if they are allowed that, but in my personal experience, I will never go back to that disrespectful and irresponsible facility.
