★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siento que el espacio del banco esta muy desperdiciado en la planta de abajo. No hay mucho orden al momento de atender, tienen filas de clientes con y sin cuenta, pero son muy desorganizados para pasarlos y eso hace que se vuelva algo lento el servicio. Tiene elevador para personas con discapacidad, pero aun asi es algo incomodo que este arriba y tener que caminar hasta el fondo para poder subir por la escalera o elevador
I feel like the bench space is very wasted downstairs. There is not much order at the time of serving, they have lines of customers with and without an account, but they are very disorganized to pass them and that makes the service become somewhat slow. It has an elevator for people with disabilities, but it is still somewhat uncomfortable to be upstairs and have to walk to the bottom to be able to go up the ladder or elevator

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio , nunca tienen suficientes ejecutivos para atender tienes que esperar demasiado tiempo. Santander es malisimo pero esta sucursal en especial es de lo peor .
Terrible service, they never have enough executives to attend you have to wait too long. Santander is awful but this particular branch is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente. Cada vez que voy, espero 2 horas y media para ver a un ejecutivo y hacer un tramite de 5 minutos.
Sigue faltando personal.
Lleven su dinero a otro banco.
Bad customer service. Every time I go, I wait 2 and a half hours to see an executive and do a 5-minute paperwork.
There is still a shortage of staff.
Take your money to another bank.

Pero las tres veces que tuve que venir fue lo mismo,
2 horas para recoger un plástico, y te hacen llamar a una suoerlinea qur nunca contesta
I've never known such a slow bank, I thought it was bad luck
But the three times that I had to come it was the same,
2 hours to pick up a plastic, and they make you call a suoerline that never answers
