★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por la urgencia sanitaria nos hacen esperar HORAS debajo del intenso sol, por lo menos deberían poner una carpa pues llevo 3 horas afuera y aún no avanza la fila (con 7 personas adelante aún) para ENTRAR A FORMARME DE NUEVO y que me logren atender de una vez porntodas. No me extraña que la gente se cambie a BBVA con esta deficiencia en su atención al cliente.
 Due to the health emergency they make us wait HOURS under the intense sun, at least they should put up a tent because I have been outside for 3 hours and the line has not advanced yet (with 7 people still ahead) to ENTER TO TRAIN ME AGAIN and that they manage to attend once for all. It does not surprise me that people switch to BBVA with this deficiency in their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generalmente está muy lleno. Cuenta con estacionamiento y practicajas. Tardan mucho en atender en ventanillas y más los ejecutivos. Son amables pero poco eficientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abren 9 am ejecutivos no respetan turnos y tardan una hora por persona, no les preocupa que los clientes se vayan a otras opciones?
They open at 9 am, executives don't respect shifts and they take an hour per person. Aren't you worried that customers will go to other options?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la entrada hay dos filas: la ejecutiva y la de ventanillas. Una persona del banco sale para indicar cuantos ingresan al banco. Solo hay aplicación de gel-alcohol. La atención del ejecutivo fue eficiente, sin embargo no solucioné mi problema, ni en sucursal ni por teléfono, ya que en el segundo te da las opciones pero genera otra cosa, no lo que yo necesito.
There are two rows at the entrance: the executive row and the window row. A person from the bank leaves to indicate how many enter the bank. There is only application of gel-alcohol. The attention of the executive was efficient, however I did not solve my problem, neither at the branch nor by phone, since in the second it gives you the options but generates something else, not what I need.
