★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llegas te registras, tardan muchísimo tiempo para atenderte, te atienden ya más a la fuerza que de ganas, y para que te dejen en pendiente para que te atienda otro ejecutivo y como quiera te ignoran y te saltan... Muy pero muy pésimo servicio.
Lousy service, you get registered, they take a long time to assist you, they serve you more forcefully than you want, and to be left on the slope so that another executive can attend you and as you want they ignore you and skip you ... Very but Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Mapatón2017 vi que en Santander de la carretera Tampico Mante le dan un trato digno a las personas con discapacidad, cuentan con una fila para su mayor comodidad en la cual se atiende de manera rápida ya que son conscientes de el cansancio que les puede provocar el permanecer en una fila por mucho tiempo cuando se encuentran apoyados de muletas o diversas situaciones.
In Mapatón2017 I saw that in Santander on the Tampico Mante highway they give dignified treatment to people with disabilities, they have a line for their comfort that is attended to quickly as they are aware of the fatigue that can cause them stay in a row for a long time when they are supported by crutches or various situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención muy buena excelente.el tiempo de espera es acorde al trámite a tratar.los ejecutivos aplican un protocolo no como cliente si no como amigo.Te hacen sentir en confianza y muy agusto.por eso es mi Banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca sirve la practicaja siempre es lo mismo y nadie soluciona nada. Las ventanillas es lo mismo siempre hay una persona atendiendo y se hacen largas filas. No hay nadie afuera orientando a la gente que entra y mientras unos estamos formados otros se pasan directo y la espera es mucho mayor. Debe mejorar la atención
Practice never works, it's always the same and nobody solves anything. The windows are the same, there is always a person attending and there are long lines. There is no one outside guiding the people who come in and while some of us are in training, others go straight ahead and the wait is much longer. Should improve care
