★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muy comodo para pasar a hacer alguna transacción en el cajero automático Aunque la sucursal es muy chiquita osea que para pasar a cajas no es lo mejor.
El estacionamiento es pequeño pero a pesar de esto me parece que es útil.
Está en una zona bastante transitada y desde mi punto de vista es segura.
La atención de los cajeros es adecuada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué les digo sobre este banco , es una decepción , es muy lindo el banco , lo remodelaron y les quedó muy lindo el lugar , tienen asientos para que esperes en lo que pasa tu turno; la sucursal es pequeña . Cuenta con tres ventanillas para hacer operaciones y cinco ejecutivos de cuenta y tres cajeros automáticos en la entrada , solo uno de ellos es practicaja.
Pasando a la parte de atención , siempre se tardan mucho en atenderte si vas a pasar con algún ejecutivo me ha tocado esperar más de una hora para que me atiendan . La verdad es nefasto perder el tiempo así en un banco .
Por otro lado el servicio en ventanillas es rápido , claro siempre y cuando no esté atascado de gente .
Creo que les hace falta mejorar los tiempos de atención , de esta manera tendrían clientes más satisfechos .

Moving on to the attention part, they always take a long time to attend you if you are going to spend with an executive I have had to wait more than an hour for them to attend to me. The truth is disastrous wasting time like this in a bank.
On the other hand, the service at the windows is fast, clear as long as it is not clogged with people.
I think they need to improve service times, in this way they would have more satisfied customers.
