Actualización. Hoy pasé a los cajeros automáticos y me llevé la sorpresa de ver ahora 4 cajeros, aparte estaban pintando motivos navideños por la época. Espero que le den mantenimiento y siguen así, con un buen servicio.

En este banco la atención es pésima tuve que esperar más de dos horas y aparte de que según es.selec los.ejecutivos no tienen la educación para atenderte habíamos muchas personas en espera y le fueron a preguntar a una ejecutiva del porque la tardanza y según la respuesta fue de que había un ejecutivo y que estaba atendiendo es mentira porque nunca salió nadie y para colmo de males ponen a un valet parking para el despacho de los turnos.

Nadie esta sucursal sabe nada, TODOS estan perdidos en el espacio. Me hicieron la vida imposible pidiendome documentos para un credito hipotecario para luiego salir con que ingresos en dolares no son aceptados. Tres semanas enviando documentos cuando desde el dia numero uno que ELLOS ME llamaron sabian que mis ingresos eran en dolares.

Pesimo servicio! El sistema se les va constantemente, nunca te pueden atender, te dejan esperando afuera de la sucursal hasta que se liberan de trabajo y cuando porfin entras a la sucursal solamente tienen a un ejecutivo atendiendo a 10 personas, 3 horas perdidas de mi tiempo y sin obtener respuesta

Pésimo servicio, no hay personal para atender en ventanilla solo 1 persona y en la entrada 2. Se la viven platicando y para pasar te tardar más de una hora en un pago

Dijeron que algo no servía, no supe si en el aparato que proporciona los turnos o si en el orden en que aparece la atención a clientes en la pantalla. Iba a pasar con un ejecutivo para solicitar mi estado de cuenta impreso, apareció mi turno en la pantalla con el número de "caja" 10, comencé a buscarlo (no hay más de 6 cajas) y al presentarme en el escritorio me dijeron que iba otra persona antes que yo ... y después otra ... una más ... y una más ?
