Consejo: busquen otro banco
Like other reviews, the windows open at 10 am, somewhat slow, a box, and the line is in the sun…. Bad experience.

If you are in Mexico, and plan to use your ATM card for money exchange (which will give you the best rates), Banco Santander is affiliated with Bank of America and you will not have a service charge. However, speaking for Oaxaca, plan your visit to the ATM in the early morning when most people are still having breakfast, as the lines can get long in the center of the for the one location there. Puebla is not so much a problem, nor is Mexico City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of their ATM machine doesn't work, X98955, they took 2400 MXN from my foreign bank account without giving me the cash. Impossible to get help from their call center. I am waiting to get reimbursed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a rubbery going on here. It has a high conversion fee so i declined the transaction but they charged my bank account. i went there to argue the case, they have no solution. The money is simply gone. now i have to go through a long legal process to prove that they didn’t give me the funds
