Long waiting time and they let people pass without queuing and they do nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy Mal attencion Al cliente. Mucho tiempo por espera. Pero El peor es. Cuando pierdes TU identifacion y tarjetas del banco y Eres de Otro estado sin dinero. No esperes que Este sucursal de VA a ayudar para sacar dinero de TU cuentas o replacer TU tarjeta sin identifacion.
Very bad customer service. Long time to wait. But the worst is. When you lose YOUR ID and bank cards and you are from another state with no money. Do not expect this branch of VA to help withdraw money from YOUR accounts or replace YOUR card without identification.
