Como siempre en este banco muy tardado, las personas esperan afuera del inmueble pero adentro con su sana distancia, que incongruencia, la gerente o la encargada del banco llego a las 11:30 am acompañada de otra chica, se tardo como 20 minutos antes de atender a los clientes, al menos durante este tiempo puede apreciar lindas chikillas, ese es mi único consuelo.

Por ahí leí que el servicio está lento por falta de personal debido a COVID, FALSO. Antes de comenzar la pandemia Santander es un banco pésimo yo intenté sacar una cuenta de débito, me dijeron que tardaría un poco porque le daban preferencia al cliente, esperé tres horas, mejor fui a Banamex y en 15min ya tenía mi tarjeta. Mi mamá es cliente Santander, lleva 3 años con la tarjeta y a día de hoy no han podido activarle su aplicación para la opción de transferencias, lo más que hemos aguantado en fila para este trámite es una hora y media.

Es el único banco que me ha gustado, las instalaciones están bien, tienen buenas medidas sanitarias por la situación del covid, me han atendido bastante rápido (tanto en cajas como con ejecutivos) y dan solución sin tantas vueltas.

Mal servicio dicen que habren a las 9 y no es hasta las 10 aunque esten adentro no habren y se escudan poniendo un papel solo que dice horario a las 10 pesimo

Porquería de sucursal.. llegue a las 3:40 a formarme y habia fila, salio una chica 3:55 a decirme que ya habian cortado fila y que ya mañana. Que horrible atención, de saber esas jaladas me voy al de san Antonio, ahí si atienden hasta las 4. Qué son esas cosas de que si hay fila la cierro para que ya no pase nadie y me vaya a las 4 ¡¡Nadie vaya a esta sucursal para que la cierren!! Ayer fui a las 3 y para pasar 3 personas a ventanillas paso una hora!! Parece que lo hacen con maña. A las 3:30 pasan a darte boletines qué hasta ahí llegan los turno, si no es INE... culera experiencia. No vuelvo a ir a esa sucursal y me dan ganas de cambiarme a bancomer
