el día de hoy me dijeron que "no tenían sistema a nivel nacional" fuy a otro Santander y extrañamente el otro banco si tenía sistema???
 Terrible service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajo en una tienda dentro de plaza satélite y mando a las chicas que trabajan conmigo a hacer depósitos y realmente ya no quieren ir porque se encuentra un tipejo con barba y lentes que le dice a las chicas que para que pasen más rápido, se acerquen a él y entonces es las pasa directo a caja, pero les habla de una forma que da asco su forma de acosarlas, tengo una amiga en la sucursal de Steve Madden que también me contó que el se le aserca cada vez que va, espero que se haga algo contra este acosador que no debería estar trabajando en lugares así.

Solo Una caja dando servicio, preguntas por CEDES y te dicen que no los manejan que como son "papel gubernamental" solo lo manejan los ejecutivos certificados en fondos de inversión, ¿¿‽‽ preguntas por seguros de auto y solo atinan a imprimir una hoja que no llega a verse nada por qué ni toner le ponen a la impresora.
Y para eso 40 minutos esperando.
Sucursal muy obscura, deprimente y además la Srita PYME usando su celular a todo lo que da.
Nunca pondría mi dinero o haría operaciones en ese banco teniendo a gente tan mal capacitada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron mucho en atendernos. Casi 1 hora por cliente con los 2 ejecutivos que estaban atendiendo, gente hablando por celular dentro de la sucursal y solo educación porque amabilidad no hubo. Súper mal organizada, ojalá mejoren.
