★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desconozco los motivos, pero la atención es lenta. Es verdad que muchas veces somos los cuenta habientes los que dificultamos el trabajo de las personas que laboran en el banco, pero siento que aquí no es así.
2 horas esperando para que cuando me atendieran me dijeran "no tenemos tarjeta para hacer reposición"
 I don't know the reasons, but attention is slow. It is true that many times we are the account holders who make it difficult for the people who work in the bank, but I feel that this is not the case here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable y decepcionante dan ganas de sacar los ahorros y moverte a otro banco que es lo que haré. Lentos. Mal educados. La directora nunca está y la sub directora es de los más prepotente.
Unfortunate and disappointing makes you want to take out the savings and move to another bank which is what I will do. Slow Badly educated. The director is never there and the assistant director is one of the most arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal, te dicen, se nos termino el dinero y solo canjeados cheques de esta sucursal habrimos mañana sábado pero hasta el lunes quizás haya para canjear cheques de otra sucursal, y las quejas donde se pueden poner????
Lousy branch, they tell you, we ran out of money and only exchanged checks from this branch we will open tomorrow Saturday but until Monday there may be to redeem checks from another branch, and where can complaints be put????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la verdad son demasiado lentos, los ejecutivos se la pasan platicando entre ellos nada más, entrando y saliendo de una oficina pero no atienden a prácticamente nadie, ya están peor que en el imss la verdad!!! Horas y horas de espera solo para un Nip dinámico, que lástima!!
Terrible service, the truth is that they are too slow, the executives spend their time talking to each other, nothing more, entering and leaving an office but they do not attend to practically anyone, they are already worse than in the imss the truth! Hours and hours of waiting just for a dynamic Nip, what a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Además del pésimo servicio, fueron incapaces de resolver mi trámite tras un tiempo de espera de aproximadamente 2 horas. La peor sucursal, nada más te hacen perder tu tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco y nulo personal, dejan de dar muchos servicios desde la 1pm , los ejecutivos platican muchísimo entre ellos , en ventanillas uno o dos ejecutivos , dan fichas para pasar como en el seguro y si se acaban las fichas deben de venir mañana .... Es increíble la fila de gente que hay. Casi una hora para poder hacer un trámite con un ejecutivo, parece que después de la pandemia Santander está empeñado en ser el peor banco con peor atención a cliente.
Little or no staff, they stop giving many services from 1pm, the executives talk a lot among themselves, one or two executives at windows, they give tokens to pass as in the insurance and if the tokens run out they must come tomorrow.... It's amazing how many people there are. Almost an hour to be able to do a procedure with an executive, it seems that after the pandemic Santander is determined to be the worst bank with the worst customer service.
