J	Jorge Arreguin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal servicio en esta sucursal el sábado 2 de marzo 2019 fui por mi tarjeta desde la ciudad de Celaya y la ejecutiva me dijo que no la tenia y en Celaya me dijeron si esta en Leon , hicieron gastara gasolina para este viaje desde Celaya a Leon y no pudieron resolver mi problema , pésimo servicio de ejecutivos , mentira su publicidad que son apasionado por atender a sus clientes In this branch on Saturday March 2, 2019, I went for my card from the city of Celaya and the executive told me that I did not have it and in Celaya they told me if it is in Leon, they did gas for this trip from Celaya to Leon and they could not solve my problem, lousy executive service, their advertising lie they are passionate about serving their clients

A	Alejandra Segura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor banco que he conocido, pésimo servicio, el gerente grosero y no te resuelve nada no le interesa apoyarte, hay turnos pero ellos los mueven, las ejecutivas no te apoyan, son súper lentos, estuve 2 horas esperando y nadie me dio información certera de nada, mejor me fui al centro y allá es todo lo contrario, un gran equipo con excelente servicio. The worst bank I have ever known, terrible service, the rude manager and does not solve anything for you does not care to support you, there are shifts but they move them, the executives do not support you, they are super slow, I was 2 hours waiting and nobody gave me accurate information You're welcome, I'd better go downtown and there it's the opposite, a great team with excellent service.

F	Feliz como lombriz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención al cliente mala, siempre use solo aplicación y servicio digitales sin problema, cuando necesite servicio en ventanilla y ejecutivos fatal. Reglas de lo que no puedes hacer en sucursales a la que no perteneces deberían ser su reglas de acceso visibles. Bad customer service, always use only digital app and service without problem, when you need service at the counter and fatal executives. Rules of what you can not do in branches to which you do not belong should be your visible access rules.

Habré súper tarde. Y la gente no comprender el tiempo que dedicas para hacer estos trámites. I had had experience with several banks but really, this one got the award, terrible service, bad service and I really went to two branches and it was exactly the same. I will be super late.
