No solucionaron el problema a la reposición de robo a mi tarjeta, ni cancelaron mi tarjeta cuando me la robaron y teniendo el seguro. Lo único que me dijeron fue que escaneara todas las copias de bauchers que está persona había generado con el uso de mi tarjeta y enviarlo a un correo electrónico para que pudieran solucionar el problema. Ese día se junto hasta el gerente de la sucursal con sus trabajadores para explicarme esa situación, la impresión que tuve fue que no supieron qué hacer y me mandaron a la ching*** diciendo que contacted a un correo electrónico que sepa la madre a qué departamento se está contactando. Gracias a ese día, no cuento con tarjeta de Santander y preferí cancelarla. En mi caso, me generan problemas. También se la tragaba el cajero automático y en una ocasión el banco la retuvo y no querían darmela. Me tenían de sucursal en sucursal debido a que en ninguna de las sucursales se ubicaba mi tarjeta. El personal es malo, no sabe qué está haciendo. Es el banco más feo que he conocido en cuanto al servicio. Creo que me robaron más que ayudarme a ahorrar.

Soy cliente del banco y como siempre es un pésimo servicio como en todos los Santander, los asesores se la pasan platicando y no respetan los turnos, la chica q atiende pasa a conocidos sin formarse y se la pasa platicando por teléfono. El resto de los asesores solo se la pasan dando vueltas y te ponen mala cara si preguntas algo y te responden de manera déspota. La atención en cajas es rápida y fluida cuando están los 3, pero regularmente solo esta atendiendo 1. La cuestión de seguridad es nula la mayoría se la pasa hablando por celular (incluyendo a cajeros y asesores) a pesar de q esta PROHIBIDO, sin que nadie les diga absolutamente nada. Si vienes a comprar al supermercado no te confíes de esta sucursal, ya que la abren cuando quieren, pueden pasar días sin abrir.

Es un banco el cual al pasar los años no sabe del valor del tiempo de sus clientes y usuarios, pésimo servicio muy lento extremadamente lenta la atención con poca gente bar tardan mucho tiempo, si vienes a este banco prevé que tardaras más de una hora por un servicio

Pésimo servicio y atención . La chica que te recibe me barrió por el hecho de venir con mi casco y eso que soy de medio ambiente y no soy albañil ( imagínense a con los albañiles ). No viene desde hace una semana el ejecutivo y no tiene su contacto, es decir no son capaces de dar solución para mi nómina .

Pésimo servicio, la directora y ejecutivos son muy déspotas, yo les aconsejo que reporten a condusef por el mal manejo y mala atención. Ya realice mi queja, tendré que resolver por medio de condusef ante al incompetencia del personal de esta sucursal.

Decepcionado del servicio de los ejecutivos, no les intereso ayudarme, me derivaron a la Superlinea, dónde me dijeron que en sucursal deberían resolverlo. Me hicieron sacar un nuevo ticket. Me tomo casi 2 horas realizar 2 trámites, y uno de ellos quedó incompleto, tuve que ir a otra sucursal, dónde amablemente me ayudaron y se resolvió.
