Nada de orientación al momento de llegar, y los asesores no son claros con la información, no me supieron ofrecer las soluciones que necesitaba. Terrible service. I waited 3 hours just to update my data and no operation took place. No guidance at the time of arrival, and the advisors are not clear with the information, they did not know how to offer me the solutions I needed.

A la entrada no hay nadie que asesore a dónde te tienes que dirigir para realizar algún trámite por lo que tienes que buscar a alguien en los cubículos. De los tres cajeros sólo servía uno y en los módulos había sólo 2 personas atendiendo. Un trámite sencillo me llevó más de media hora. The bank has very little staff to attend. At the entrance there is no one to advise where you have to go to perform a procedure so you have to look for someone in the cubicles. Of the three ATMs, only one was served and in the modules there were only 2 people attending. A simple procedure took me more than half an hour.

C	Carlos Blake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio fatal, no hay personal suficiente en la sucursal para atender a los clientes, el banco está utilizando la emergencia sanitaria para reducir su personal y obligar al publico a recibir un mal servicio. Todo esto camuflageado de una supuesta prevención. ( ¿Entonces, las personas formadas en largas filas afuera de la sucursal, no se contagian entre ellos y cuando entran después de estar horas en la fila, milagrosamente ya no pueden portar el COVID-19? ) A fatal service, there are not enough staff in the branch to serve customers, the bank is using the health emergency to reduce its staff and force the public to receive poor service. All this camouflaged as a supposed prevention. (So, people lined up in long lines outside the branch do not infect each other and when they enter after being in line for hours, miraculously they can no longer carry COVID-19?)

Se ríen del cliente una vez que se retira y cuando hay gente esperando se ponen a platicar. Venden servicios nuevos cada vez que llego a sucursal. Es muy molesta la actitud del personal. How unprofessional they are, starting from the management to the person at the entrance. They laugh at the customer once he leaves and when there are people waiting they start talking. They sell new services every time I come to a branch. The attitude of the staff is very annoying.
