Pésimo servicio. Si de por si son lentos e ineficientes en semáforo rojo por la pandemia están peor. Es un pésimo banco, nisiquiera tienen personal para atender correctamente.

El personal es muy grosero. La fila que me tocó hacer fue de más o menos 4 horas para hablar con un ejecutivo. Pero no solo eso, ya cerca de la puerta me di cuenta que dejan pasar gente conocida de ellos “por qué tienen cita”, cuando consulte cómo hacer cita no me supieron decir. Nunca había estado en ningún lugar, literalmente ningún lugar con tan mala atención.

La atención que brindan es pésima, la "directora" del lugar tiene un actitud sobrepasada no atiende a los clientes con buena atención mencionando que ella trabaja con agenda... había varios clientes quejándose del tiempo de espera y nadie hace nada. No me dieron una solución para mi tema al contrario lo único que dalia de su boca es un no... pésima pésima atención nunca había visitado un santander con personal tan mediocre. Tuve que ir a otra sucursal donde ahí sí me brindaron alternativas

Hola, revisa es importante. Pésimo servicio con los ejecutivos de cuenta el chico y la Srita de cabello largo medio llenita. Déspotas, deben dar capacitación a servicio al cliente. Fui a cambiar mi tarjeta de nómina y en serio pésimo servicio como banco. Trata de llamar antes si no darás 3 vueltas como yo.

Tengan cuidado con esta sucursal, intentaron darme una tarjeta de crédito con mentiras, diciendo que había un convenio con el lugar donde trabajo, y que me había llegado a la sucursal. Al parecer no hay quien regule a los ejecutivos, que pueden decir lo que sea con tal de que salgas de ahí con una tarjeta que no solicitaste. Primero me preguntaron dónde trabajaba y luego me hablaron maravillas de una tarjeta de crédito. Para que luego resultara en que ya me había llegado. La gran ayuda que me ofrecieron era que la activara para después cancelarla. No todo fue malo, una señorita de la entrada me ayudó con la aplicación. Aunque tuve que viajar más de una hora a esa sucursal por ser la titular de mi cuenta, pero no era necesario. A veces es la forma fácil de deshacerse de los clientes.

Pésimo servicio de verdad, el ejecutivo del modulo 5 y del modulo 6 de verdad super nefastos, un tono de voy para atenderte super alto y obviando cosas. Fui a cambio de datos por que pusieron mal mi número ellos mismos y sin nada ya me habían bateado qué lo puedo hacer en cualquier sucursal le dije que no era cierto por que 2 sucursales me mandaron ala sucursal titular y era esa. De mala manera reviso en mi cuenta y si en efecto el número lo pusieron mal y recuerdo claramente qué fue por estar jugando. Al ingresar en sistema me dijo que mi número lo di de alta en la app y que ya no lo iva a agarrar el sistema y sin ni siquiera ingresarlo en sistema le dije inténtalo mínimo y cuando el número se dio de alta aaaaaa si paso tu número osea pero ya me había dicho que no. Quize activar mi token y resulta que no me llega ami correo ni por sms el msj y que el ya no puede hacer nada que si no me llega pues no me llego y ya, que espere más horas y que posiblemente llegue cabe mencionar qué valido mi correo y mi número. Seguí intentando ya fuera de la sucursal y al llamar a super línea me dicen que hay 2 correos en mi cuenta y que me lo tienen que borrar del sistema para que me llegue al correcto, le dije que eso no me lo mencionaron y que solo me habían validado 1 correo y me dijo que acuda nuevamente por que ellos lo tienen que hacer. Platique mi situación y el trato brindado y me dijo que levantará mi queja y que llamara a sucursal para que me hiziera el tramite en vez de ir por que es error de ellos. Y hoy llevo toda la mañana marcando y levantan la bocina y cortan la llamada. Pésimo servicio de verdad a cancelar mi cuenta con ellos por que de verdad es un asco.
