tengo 2 meses tratando de comunicarme y hasta ahorita no tengo
respuesta, cambien sus numeros de telefonos en google o realmente contraten gente que tenga ganas de trabajar
demasiado burocratismo

Es rara la vez que no hay cola y no hay suficiente personal en los cajeros o no sé qué hacen que siempre se tardan una eternidad y la gente afuera truene, neve o relampaguee, ni qué hablar de la sana distancia afuera. Adicionalmente hoy en la mañana que intenté checar mi saldo en uno de sus cajeros no me pudo atender, solo decia "problemas con su banco emisor". Nunca mejor dicho. En efecto, en este banco hay una abundante escasez de servicio al cliente.
I've made the decision to give this bank a negative rating every time I go and they don't serve people quickly. It is seldom that there is no queue and there are not enough personnel at the ATMs or I do not know what they do that it always takes forever and the people outside thunder, snow or lightning, let alone the healthy distance outside. Additionally, this morning when I tried to check my balance at one of their ATMs, they could not assist me, they only said "problems with their issuing bank." Never better said. Indeed, at this bank there is an abundant dearth of customer service.
