hoy ya perdí el día y mi pasaje porque fui al que está en la Tulum y me mandaron al de parque kabah
y tendré que ir mañana y de colmo te mandan afuera al sol para esperar tu turno de colmo tardan mucho para atenderte

Today I already lost the day and my ticket because I went to the one in Tulum and they sent me to the one in Kabah Park

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal de Santander. Dos cajeros operando en día de quincena ..... En servicio al cliente lentisimo, un solo empleado estaba trabajando sin parar, el resto incluyendo a la gerente socializando y atendiendo a sus amistades brincándose a los que estábamos apuntados esperando turno. No entiendo como a nivel corporativo están pasmados sin hacer algo drástico con esta sucursal.
The worst Santander branch. Two ATMs operating on a fortnight day ..... In slow customer service, a single employee was working non-stop, the rest including the manager socializing and attending to her friends jumping to which we were signed up waiting for shift. I do not understand how at the corporate level they are amazed without doing something drastic with this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La directora Sánchez es muy grosera, pésima persona, sus empleados Tania Aguilar y Eduardo Chan tienen muy mala atención al cliente, y eso no es lo peor, me hicieron ir durante un mes entero a perder mi tiempo y jamás me resolvieron mi problema. Eviten está sucursal.
The director Sánchez is very rude, a lousy person, her employees Tania Aguilar and Eduardo Chan have very bad customer service, and that's not the worst, they made me go for a whole month to waste my time and they never solved my problem. Avoid this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy bien ubicado, a sólo unos pasos de otro par de bancos. Hay un acceso al estacionamiento techado, custodiado por un guardia. No es tan concurrido como las sucursales de la avenida Tulum, pero a ciertas horas se puede complicar un poco.
It is very well located, just a few steps from another couple of banks. There is an access to the covered parking, guarded by a guard. It is not as crowded as the branches of Tulum Avenue, but at certain times it can get a little complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, extremadamente lento. Tienen a 6 ejecutivos sin atender a absolutamente a nadie y todos están ocupados haciendo otras cosas en vez de atender al público. Yo pago Santander selec para que me hagan esperar sin razón porque no hay personas a las que tengan que atender.
Terrible service, extremely slow. They have 6 executives serving absolutely no one and they are all busy doing other things instead of serving the public. I pay Santander selec to make me wait for no reason because there are no people they have to attend to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went to the ATM of this bank to withdraw, an error message came on the screen and we didn't get any cash, but the money was taken on our bank account !!!!!!!!!! I would like to be shown the video since there are cameras, so they will see no cash was delivered, they are thief !!!!!!
