I had to go to another branch and there the cashier told me only the holder could deposit in dollars because he had to sign, etc. But that I could go to a exchange office and without any problem I made the deposit, Inclusive told me that I could go straight without queuing when I returned. I would have avoided paying a taxi and wasting so much time if the stupid cashier in addition to being rude had given me the information.
