★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores sucursales. Solo una ventanilla para atender a los clientes, independientemente de eso, una línea extra para personas con cuenta, a la cual dan preferencia. En cuatro años que por cercanía y tiempo he tenido que ir, resulta lo mismo.
Cero estrella si se pudiera.

Y es desde la gerente, el subgerente no tiene idea de nada y la ejecutiva PyME es terrible.
Es una lastima porque anteriormente funcionaba muy bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de los ejecutivos. En diversas ocasiones, presionan fuertemente para vender sus créditos, aún cuando se tiene una cuenta con ellos. Es más, en una ocasión, me comentaron que si no contrataba uno, dejarían de atenderme. Lo peor es que hoy vi como una ejecutiva le gritaba a una persona que fue a preguntar sobre una tarjeta de crédito. Le dijo que por ser extranjera, no le daría nada; que le hiciera como quisiera, que a la ejecutiva le valía ******.
Terrible attention from executives. On various occasions, they press hard to sell their credits, even when they have an account with them. What's more, on one occasion, they told me that if I didn't hire one, they would stop attending to me. The worst thing is that today I saw an executive yelling at a person who went to ask about a credit card. He said that because she was a foreigner, he would not give her anything; to do as he wanted, that the executive was worth ******.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los gerentes, son personas muy valemadristas con tiempo de las personas, juegan con el tiempo de las personas, hacen caras y son altaneros, deberían de darles un llamado de atención, solo pedimos educación y buen trato.
Managers are very courageous people with people's time, they play with people's time, they make faces and are haughty, they should give them a wake-up call, we only ask for education and good treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En hora pico solo hay un cajero , los demás y hasta los gerentes entran y salen solo percatandose que hay gente y que la fila ya está con más de 6 personas y aparte se meten en la fila para que el cajero les revise si ya tienen lista una tarjeta de crédito.
Muy mal en estos tiempos.
In rush hour there is only one cashier, the others and even the managers go in and out only realizing that there are people and that the line is already with more than 6 people and apart they get in line for the cashier to check if they already have a list a credit card.
Very bad in these times.
