★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una fila enorme para entrar con ejecutivo y nadie atendiendo. Es importante que ofrezcan atención en la fila, así, en caso de que algún cliente tenga que traer algún documento y no lo tenga, podrán ir filtrando la fila y hacerlo más eficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco Santander a un mes el cajero automático que recibe depósitos con problemas de recepción de billetes. No los reconoce, un verdadero caos. Que se les es muy dificil arreglar esta situacion? Contraten a gente experta para este tipo de fallas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas de 4 vueltas con los ejecutivos (2 horas de espera en promedio cada vez, Obvio en diferentes dias) y no e podido cancelar una cuenta que me aparece con un saldo negativo. Quie barbaridad un asco este banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor esperiencia. No puede ser que hagan esperar más de 2 horas para una simple reposición de tarjeta. Los empleados no usan correctamente el cubrebocas. Además desde un inicio te dan un papel con un turno y no se respeta, los "ejecutivos" son lo más lento que se puedan imaginar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El.mas tardado de todos los santadert, más de una hora para realizar un depósito, y solo 10 perdonas adelante de mi, que alguien le avisé al director, que parte de su responsabilidad es checar la cajas y no solo platicar con los empleados.

Llega gente sin turno que conocen y los pasan, saltándose los turnos. Ven otras cosas mientras te atienden y platican. Mal servicio.

Al leer demasiados comentarios negativos, creí que sería una atención desagradable, pero fue todo lo contrario. El chico de la entrada es muy servicial y te ayuda en cualquier duda que tengas, y en mi proceso con los ejecutivos fue rápido (de acuerdo a lo que yo necesitaba) y una atención buena.
Lo único malo de esa sucursal es la espera, que es demasiado, pero esto se debe a lo concurrida que es, y a las personas que acuden a la sucursal.

The only bad thing about that branch is the wait, which is too long, but this is because of how busy it is, and because of the people who come to the branch.
