★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, algunas veces reciben pagos otros no. El personal como siempre sin dar atención por estar jugando con el celular. Cuando solicita uno respuesta del por qué no aceptan los pagos contestan: no sé. Muy mal servicio, espero y solucionen esta problemática ya que en general, Santander me ha resultado muy buen banco y en el resto de las sucursales la atención es execelente.

Habia tres personas en escritorios y habiamos dos formadas para atendernos, las dos chicas se salieron y nos tardaron mas de una hora en atendernos, cuando me habia tocado, la UNICA persona que me atendio, me regreso porque iba a tramitar una tarjeta con mi dirección del edo de mexico, y me dijo que ella no lo podia hacer que por politicas y no se tanto. Ni siquiera tiempo me dio de sentarme cuando me habia mandado alv y despues se salio dejando a la otra persona que estaba atras de mi formada y se metio al chedraui. QUE POCA, si pueden no vayan a esta sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo mi cuenta en esa sucursal y es un pésimo servicio . cuando entras parece que nadie te ve para no atenderte , ni siquiera un saludo y un "que se le ofrece ? " no existe en su vocabulario . no tienen plásticos para reponer tarjetas de crédito, no te solucionan nada, ni cuando te atiende el director Luis Zepeda , muy atento queda en darle seguimiento a tu asunto , y nada , queda en llamar y nada , tratas de comunicarte con el y nada , te quedas con un mal sabor de boca con tremenda atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerraron la sucursal sin previo aviso. Iba a recoger una tarjeta en esta sucursal y ahora no sé dónde quedó mi tarjeta. Y en Superlinea nunca puedes hablar con un ejecutivo. Pésimo servicio.
They closed the branch without notice. I was going to pick up a card at this branch and now I don't know where my card is. And in Superlinea you can never talk to an executive. Terrible service.
