E	Erika Rossell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en sucursal Santa Fe y eso que soy Select, llevo 3 meses esperando la corrección de mi nombre, con la cuenta bloqueada y ni siquiera contestan los teléfonos, ni los correos, es el peor banco, lástima por que tienen buenos productos, pero el servicio es de lo peor. Terrible service at the Santa Fe branch and I'm Select, I've been waiting for my name to be corrected for 3 months, with the account blocked and they don't even answer the phones, or the emails, it's the worst bank, it's a shame because they have good products, but the service is the worst.

Voy a cancelar mi cuenta porque no están ahí cuando se necesita. Santander Santa Fe Shopping Center is closed. There are only ATMs. All other banks are open. Terrible bank. I am going to cancel my account because they are not there when needed.

Agradezco y congratulo infinitamente a ALEJANDRA MORA y RODRIGO LICEAGA por tan perfecta atención al cliente y por hacer de mi visita a esta sucursal una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida con una institución bancaria. Merecen sin duda alguna, un reconocimiento a sus ganas de dar ese extra y de ser mejores siempre. If all Santander branches had employees as diligent, friendly and interested in the well-being of the client as this one, Santander would be the best bank in Mexico. I thank and infinitely congratulate ALEJANDRA MORA and RODRIGO LICEAGA for such perfect customer service and for making my visit to this branch one of the best experiences of my life with a banking institution. They undoubtedly deserve recognition for their desire to give that extra and to always be better.

Dan preferencia a personas con silla de ruedas y hacen todo más práctico. En caso de requerir algún servicio en ventanilla o en el escritorio, el acceso es controlado y brindan gel antibacterial, el personal cuenta con cubre bocas y careta, lo que da mayor confianza si es necesario ir a su sucursal. # COVID19 Very good attention from the staff who work there, what I liked is that now there are protection cards between the ATMs. They give preference to people with a wheelchair and make everything more practical. In case of requiring any service at the window or at the desk, access is controlled and antibacterial gel is provided, the staff has mouth covers and a mask, which gives greater confidence if it is necessary to go to your branch.

Intento pasar con el G25 y el ejecutivo me dice estoy ocupado pero con una cara ?. Créame yo tampoco quisiera estar aqui, por fortuna yo no trabajo en Santander The wait is eternal, they have more than one person at the same point of attention, which is illogical. I try to go through with the G25 and the executive tells me I'm busy but with a face ?. Believe me, I wouldn't want to be here either, fortunately I don't work in Santander.
