★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen local pero la forma de como se miden los tiempos de entrada son un dolor de cabeza si tienes prisa, podemos expresar que todo es culpa del personal de trabajo, por culpa de la manera lenta en las que realizan sus actividad y por consecuente no hace muy eficiente el servicio, los que cuentan con cuentas "VIP" o tarjetas "Especiales" se olvidaron de los derechos y son igual que todos los demás en tiempos de pandemia dadas las restricciones y nuevas formas de operación. Si a la lentitud del personal para realizar los trabajos le sumas el mal comportamiento o trato de algunas personas que llegan queriendo ejercer su voluntad, el mismo banco en la hora pico es todo un fastidio, fuera de eso tiene buenas instalaciones y confort en su interior pero la manera en la que las personas esperan su turno hoy en día en estos tiempos/COVID es algo inapropiado ya que las personas se ven obligadas a esperar al exterior soportando toda inestabilidad de clima.

If to the slowness of the staff to carry out the work you add the bad behavior or treatment of some people who come wanting to exercise their will, the same bank at rush hour is a nuisance, outside of that it has good facilities and comfort inside But the way people wait for their turn nowadays in these times / COVID is somewhat inappropriate as people are forced to wait outside enduring any instability of weather.

SUPER LENTO, no se porque les gusta tener a la clientela amontonados haciendo fila.
Si vas a cambiar un cheque o ualquier movimiento mayor a 19,000 pesos, preparate con minimo 1 hr y eso si biente va.
Eres transparente para el personal ejecutivo.
NOT RECOMMENDED.
SUPER SLOW, I don't know why they like to have the clientele piled in line.
If you are going to change a check or any movement greater than 19,000 pesos, prepare yourself with a minimum of 1 hr and that goes well.
