Pésima atención a cliente. 16 marzo 2022 espere en una fila 2 horas AFUERA de las puertas para pasar al ejecutivo... Aparte los trabajadores de ventanillas se nota que atienden a la gente con flojera casi haciendo un "favor"... Efectivamente después de más de 7 años con este banco cambiaré al otro donde atienden bien.

Lentísimo!! Mas de una hora en ser atendido por un ejecutivo. Solo 2 ejecutivos y más de 10 presonas esperando a pasar con ellos considerando que el tiempo en que se tardan en atender por persona es en promedio 30 minutos. Deberían contratar más ejecutivos

Atienen muy mal siempre con pretextos principalmente del director, se equivocaron 3 veces para renovación de tarjeta express de crédito lo cual el sistema me bloqueo, al querer liquidarla para cancelarla NO tenían sistema en caja, estuve cumpliendo con todo lo que me pidieron por 2 semanas para que al final me dijeran que no tenían tarjetas express y que los ejecutivos no tenían sistema. Me vi obligado a pasar mi saldo a otra tarjeta de otro banco para evitar lo que al parecer ellos querían (el cobro de intereses moratorios por falta de pago) pésimo banco no vuelvo con Santander.
They always act very badly with pretexts mainly from the director, they made mistakes 3 times to renew the express credit card, which the system blocked me, when they wanted to liquidate it to cancel it, they did NOT have a cash system, I was complying with everything they asked me for 2 weeks so that in the end they told me that they did not have express cards and that the executives did not have a system. I was forced to transfer my balance to another card from another bank to avoid what they apparently wanted (the collection of default interest for non-payment) lousy bank I will not go back to Santander.
