It does not serve customers, they only pass by talking, that's why the people accumulate and up to 2 hours to serve you very badly.

Lousy service, very slow executives, get together at the copier to talk; the cashiers are super slow, rude and do not respect select customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención en ventanilla. Filas de 6 horas. No hay guardias de seguridad. Lugar sucio. Se inunda la entrada. No hay control en el sistema de fila, la gente se mete y dejan afuera a más de 100 personas esperando a ser atendidas. Se da preferencia a las personas que pasan con ejecutivos, en vez de atender conforme se llega. El estacionamiento está en la parte de atrás, sin embargo los clientes utilizan el de la plaza comercial que está justo enfrente, ya que al parecer no tienen ni idea de que ese estacionamiento pertenece al banco, ya que la entrada está bastante lejos. Además no se respeta la sana distancia.
No pongo cero estrellas nada más porque no se puede ??♀️
Very bad service at the window. Rows of 6 hours. There are no security guards. Dirty place. The entrance is flooded. There is no control in the queuing system, people get in and leave more than 100 people outside waiting to be served. Preference is given to people who pass with executives, rather than attending as they arrive. The parking lot is in the back, however customers use the one in the shopping plaza that is directly in front, since apparently they have no idea that this parking lot belongs to the bank, since the entrance is quite far. Furthermore, the healthy distance is not respected.
I don't put zero stars just because you can't ??♀️
