The agency is very nice and spacious but it only has three lockers, a holiday cashier and the two serving companies, the public must wait more than 2 hours!!! How would you rate this service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy bueno pero cuentan con muy poco personal, tuve que esperar 3 horas para completar mi trámite. En el caso de que vengan es mejor tener una cita para no esperar 2 horas
The service is very good but they have very few staff, I had to wait 3 hours to complete my process. In the event that they come, it is better to have an appointment so as not to wait 2 hours.
