★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tarde 2 horas para poder pasar a depositar 2 cheques, solamente una persona en cajas y tardan demasiado tiempo en operaciones muy básicas, las personas del banco con muy mala cara, y de verdad un pésimo PESIMO SERVICIO
Terrible service, it took 2 hours to be able to deposit 2 checks, only one person in boxes and they take too long in very basic operations, the people from the bank with a very bad face, and really a terrible SERVICE

Los cajeros y ejecutivos te atienden con mala cara, ni siquiera contestan el saludo; al menos yo como cliente del banco esperaría el apoyo con los servicios mínimos pero ni siquiera eso. Muy mala experiencia.
In general Santander's service is terrible, particularly in this branch the service is much worse. Cashiers and executives treat you with a bad face, they do not even answer the greeting; at least I as a client of the bank would expect support with the minimum services but not even that. Very bad experience
