★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio con banco Santander, porque tus trámites deben de ser en donde sacaste tu tarjeta y me cambié de residencia, no hacen nada con ayudarte. Aparte la ejecutiva es una déspota, desde el momento que llegas la del filtro no te ayuda con la información.
Terrible service with Banco Santander, because your procedures must be where you got your card and I changed residence, they do nothing to help you. Besides, the executive is a despot, from the moment you arrive the one with the filter does not help you with the information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se destacan por su lentitud y su falta de atención al cliente, puedes tardar más de una hora para ser atendido se le s ve en la cara al personal que esto es de todos los días, una mala sucursal para que te atiendan, siempre hay algún error tanto en sucursal como en los cajeros.
They stand out for their slowness and their lack of customer service, it can take more than an hour to be attended to. error both at the branch and at the ATMs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el director un grosero y prepotente pero eso si están buenos para pedir buenas calificaciones. El peor banco de todos, son ineficientes, lentos y con cero atención al cliente. Dos horas me tuvieron esperando, incluso cerraron la sucursal y seguían sin atenderme, los empleados platicando como si nada. SIN DUDA LOS PEORES, NO A SANTANDER
Terrible service, the director is rude and arrogant but that is if they are good at asking for good grades. The worst bank of all, they are inefficient, slow and with zero customer service. They kept me waiting for two hours, they even closed the branch and they still didn't attend to me, the employees chatting as if nothing had happened. WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST, NOT TO SANTANDER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimoooooo servicio, ineficiente, malo, lento, personas que no son aptas para brindar un buen servicio, enserio no vengan aquí, solo para una reposición de tarjeta me espere 4 horas, además de que esta sucursal está en una ubicación en donde los cajeros los pueden abrir y clonar sus tarjetas, me pasó que fui a retirar dinero y se comió mi tarjeta, vine para hacer mi reposición de tarjeta, y pésimo el servicio, personas que no son aptas para estar en un trabajo así, enserio que tienen que quitar al Director encargado de esta sucursal y a los empleados también, me lleve un mal sabor de boca porque necesitaba ese trámite y no hicieron nada al respecto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vengan aqui a menos que dispongan de todo el día. Para un simple tramite que me tardo 15 minutos tuve que esperar a ser atendida hora y media. Además de que la única mujer ejecutiva es muy déspota.
Mejor cambien de sucursal o lleven lunch
Don't come here unless you have all day. For a simple procedure that took me 15 minutes, I had to wait an hour and a half to be attended. In addition to the fact that the only executive woman is very despotic.
Better change branches or bring lunch
