En general buen trato pero son lentísimos imposible casi una hora para cuatro personas. Casi siempre está solo y cuando se les junta un par de personas no agilizan... puff

La sucursal tuvo una remodelación muy amplia hace poco (abril 2017) y no le importó trabajar hasta la madrugada con mucho ruido provocando alteraciones de sueño y salud en los vecinos. Santander no cumple con su responsabilidad social.
The branch had a very extensive renovation recently (April 2017) and did not mind working until dawn with a lot of noise causing sleep and health disturbances in the neighbors. Santander does not fulfill its social responsibility.

Solía ser una pequeña, pero eficiente sucursal. Desde hace aproximadamente un año cambiaron personal y ahora es LA PEOR. Acabo de ir por una simple reposición de tarjeta, estaba prácticamente vacía (pensé que era el momento adecuado), me dieron un número, una de las ejecutivas se tardó 20 minutos con un cliente, mientras la otra atendió a una señora que simplemente se le acercó. No había NADIE mas esperando a un ejecutivo y pasaban, y pasaban turnos... llegó un señor, sacó turno y le tocó de inmediato - Al quejarme con el joven de los turnos, me dice "es que el señor tiene Cuenta Premier". Ah, mira... ¡Yo también! Ya me han pasado varias últimamente en esta sucursal, pero ahorita se volaron la barda. Por supuesto salí de allí con nada mas que media hora perdida.
It used to be a small, but efficient branch. Since about a year ago they changed personnel and now it is THE WORST. I just went for a simple card replacement, it was practically empty (I thought it was the right time), they gave me a number, one of the executives took 20 minutes with a client, while the other attended to a lady who was simply approached. There was NO ONE else waiting for an executive and they passed, and they took turns ... a man came, took his turn and touched him immediately - When complaining to the young man of the shifts, he tells me "the man has a Premier Account". Oh, look ... Me too! I have already spent several lately in this branch, but right now they blew the fence. Of course I left there with nothing more than half an hour lost.

Es la peor sucursal de Santander, no vayan ahí, no te informan, los 2 cajeros tienen pesima actitud, tratan de manera despota a los clientes y te hacen dar vueltas para realizar tramites sencillos, yo fui 3 veces a tratar un asunto y en la tercera me mandaron a la sucursal de Universidad pudiendo haber evitado esas vueltas si me hubieran informado desde el principio, pesima atencion
It is the worst branch in Santander, do not go there, they do not inform you, the 2 ATMs have a terrible attitude, they treat customers in a despicable way and they make you go around to carry out simple procedures, I went 3 times to deal with a matter and in the Third, they sent me to the University branch and could have avoided those returns if they had informed me from the beginning, very bad attention

Con fila enorme de gente mayor en el sol para controlar el acceso en contingencia y dentro en cajas un solo cajero atendiendo!! Pésimo!! Con lo que nos cobran a los clientes select si les alcanza para tener dos cajeros atendiendo!! Huyan de este banco!!

Hace una semana (13 de enero) acudí y pusieron un letrero en la puerta diciendo que estaban cerrados hasta nuevo aviso. En internet no puedo encontrar información y no puedo estar yendo a la sucursal todos los dias a ver si ya abrieron. Alguien sabe si ya está abierta?
A week ago (January 13) I went and they put a sign on the door saying they were closed until further notice. I can't find information on the internet and I can't be going to the branch every day to see if they're open. Does anyone know if it's already open?
